terms of service
By commissioning or buying a design from me, you agree to my terms of service.
O1. General
- Please be respectful when ordering a commission!
- I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason I deem necessary.
- I prefer clear references with flat colors provided. If that is not provided, I may charge an additional fee for unclear references.
- I do not condone the use of my art for the selling of NFTs or for the use of AI training/databases.

O2. PAYMENT
- Payment must be sent within 24 to 48 hours of receiving confirmation on your order; failure to receive payment without notice or notification of any delays beforehand will result in the cancellation of your commission request.
- Payment is taken upfront through Paypal only before I begin working on the commission.
- For commercial works, pricing will be discussed, but please be willing to pay at least 1.5x - 2.5x the amount or more than that of the price listed for non-commercial commissions.(Adopts)
- After claiming please pay within 24 hours. Failure in making the payment will result to moving onto the next person.
- Holds can be discussed and be held up to a week.
O3. REFUNDS
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the commission.
- During the sketching stage, a partial refund can be given.
- After finishing the sketching stage, there will be no refunds. Artwork files will not be given for refunded commissions and any WIPs sent cannot be used.
- After the sketching stage, if I am unable to finish your commission, a refund will be issued.
- I will not issue refunds for adopts.
O4. REVISIONS
- Revisions can be made during the sketch and flat coloring stages. Once I start the shading/rendering stage, I will not be able to make any changes to the commission without incurring a small fee.
- A WIP will always be sent after finishing the sketching stage, please feel free to point out any missing details or details you would like changed. I will also send out a WIP after coloring in flats, please let me know if you would like certain colors to be changed during that stage.
- Smaller revisions (ex. altering the color of a small area, adding a small detail, fixing something I may have missed) are free, however major revisions (hairstyle/outfit change, redrawing a whole section, etc.) will result in additional fees.
- Once I have sent the final piece, you may continue to request small revisions for free or a small fee, but I will not accept any major changes at that stage.
O5. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
- Depending on the complexity of your commission and where you are in my queue, commissions can be done within 1 week to 3 months.
- Please feel free to request WIPs and ask about updates on your commission!
- If you have a deadline the commission needs to be finished by, please let me know! An additional fee may be added depending on the closeness of the date.
O6. USE
- Unless stated otherwise, all of my commissions are private/personal use only and do not come with commercial rights automatically. Please ask if you'd like to purchase commercial rights when asking for commissions or adopting a design.As a commissioner purchasing non-commercial artwork you may:
- Use the artwork as icons, headers, in personal galleries, etc.
- Share on social media as long as you credit me as the artist somewhere.
- Make slight redesigns to adopts/designs of mine.As a commissioner buying commercial artwork:
- Specifics of what may/may be allowed will be discussed, however at the very least I ask that you credit me somewhere even when using my works commercially.
- However, the use of my artwork for anything involving NFTS, blockchains, and AI is forbidden.However, for both personal and commercial customers, you are not allowed to:
- Heavily change or modify my works without my permission.
- Take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.
- Reproduce the artwork commercially (unless it is otherwise agreed to that the artwork will be used for merch, etc.).
O7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist I retain rights to the artwork, so I may use it to:
- Post and/or display the artwork to my social medias (giving proper credits for the character(s)).
- Promote myself with it in any place (portfolios and/or commission sheets, etc.).
- If you would like your commission to be anonymous, please feel free to tell me.
O8. COMMUNICATION
- Communication can be done through twitter, toyhouse, discord, or email. However please note that my e-mail notifications are delayed and may take longer for me to respond to!
- WIPs will be provided once I finishing the sketching and flat colors stages, but please feel free to ask about updates on your commission at any time!
- The progress of your commission can be tracked through my trello.
